All of us we meet difficulties in our life. Sometimes they are small and can be overcome more quickly; at other times require much more time, patience and determination. But in other cases, it is we ourselves that we add obstacles mental with our limiting thoughts and not very functional. But you are right about the difficulty of giving a different meaning to our life.

 

We need problems...

There is nothing more boring than a movie where everything is pink and there are no challenges, difficulties, obstacles to overcome. The challenges we need to grow, so much so that when we have problems, we we make.
Have you ever heard of Problem Solving? As human beings we are by nature problem-solver, the problem-solvers. Otherwise, why would we have invented the crossword puzzle, the sudoku, the puzzle? Otherwise, why would we be drawn to know more and to overcome our limits?
The problems offer the brain in a context where practice coaching creativity, understanding and patience.

Here then are 5 tips for overcoming the difficulties of life.

1. If you have done it once, you can do it again
Every time we face a new challenge, we allow ourselves to take from the despair and from the fear of not succeeding, and we forget that, in reality, we have dealt with already many in the past, perhaps even more challenging. If we did it on that occasion, why should we not do it this time? All there is to it, is within us. Life never sends to the evidence that we are not able to sustain.

2. It remains in the present
You ever think, face a challenge, that then all and/or that everything will go wrong?
That of the apocalyptic, that the law of the future and provides for disaster, is one of the traps into which we fall most often. But how likely is it that what we're only assuming is going to happen? When we feel anxiety and concern, we are projecting our mind into the future (of which we have no certainty), instead of remaining anchored in the present (the only one that truly exists). How to limit this stress? The conscious breathing.
Do 10 deep breaths and imagine that all negative thoughts, anxiety and worries disappear with the out-breath and sensations harmonious peace, calm and confidence come with inspiration.
The situation you frightened still seems so tragic and dangerous?

3. Fixed targets to be achieved
Obstacles can appear as big mountains below, and we frighten them, but by steps we may ascend the staircase steep.
Define the intermediate stages facilitate the move to action: the more the goal seems high, the more important it is to fragment it in small steps. Like when we decide to lose weight, it is obvious that we cannot deprive ourselves of eating for a month. Hence, the first objective, for example, we can arrange a visit with the dietician, then an appointment in our gym favorite and the diet, on the Saturday we will go to the market on foot. When we have a good plan of action, every day, we know what to do to get closer to our goal. What is your next step?

4. Think and talk positive
Words create our reality, for this it is important to choose them with care. Express themselves as “not capable”, “I'll never make it”, “it is difficult to” create negative influences in our mind. But the opposite is also true. We modify the language, if not change the facts of our life, “I have in me the ability to do what I want”, “it takes a lot of effort and energy,if I want to succeed need to prepare me well,” “Not easy”.
These are just some examples. The mind follows the direction that we give you: express yourself in positive terms!

5. Left support from the other
The support of others is important. Don't be afraid to ask for advice to people that maybe you are already find yourself in a situation where you are now and who you can help.
Don't forget to live with lightness (which does not mean to be superficial): a laugh in the company of people who make you feel good, it can give you light, hope and maybe even new ideas for the issue you're facing.
